Our Story

Grill Off The Green, originally known as Kew Grill, opened in 2019 at the same friendly location with the same great food and welcoming atmosphere.

As a neighbourhood favourite, Grill Off The Green focuses on delivering what our patrons love: simple, straightforward, delicious food. Our menu avoids complicated culinary techniques—no foams, towers, or molecular gastronomy—just genuine, quality dishes made with the finest ingredients.

Our modern British menu predominantly features grills, showcasing some of the UK’s finest meats, including rare breed selections. We also serve fresh fish sourced daily from Brixham’s day boats, along with a variety of vegetarian options. Vegans are encouraged to call ahead to ensure the chefs can craft the perfect meal for their visit.

Additionally, our dynamic Bistrot Menu offers timeless classics with global influences. With dishes honed over 50 years by Antony and an expertly curated wine list by Jay and Antony Worrall Thompson, every meal at Grill Off The Green promises a memorable dining experience.
